Scottsboro locals have come to Liberty Restaurant for savory homemade Southern food since 1963.
A Look Back
We first opened our doors on February 9th, 1963. Every day since then, we’ve enjoyed cooking and serving classic Southern-style meals that’ll satisfy the whole family. We love our customers, and they love us back — we’ve been named People’s Choice of Jackson County by the Daily Sentinel 5 years running!
Coming From the Caves?
There are more caves in Jackson County than anywhere else in America — so we’re used to visitors here at Liberty Restaurant. We savor the opportunity to make new friends worldwide and have them sign our guest book — which fellow Cave Explorers have been contributing to since the 1970s!
